Llanerchrugog Hall is a small, friendly care home registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) for up to 15 adults without nursing. We believe smaller services provide better outcomes, stronger relationships and a more homely atmosphere.

Our care home is set within an historic country house with spacious communal areas and large gardens, offering a calm and comfortable setting while remaining well connected to Wrexham and local amenities.

As a well-established care home in Wrexham, we focus on consistency, stability and person-centred support rather than institutional care.

WHO WE SUPPORT

As a specialist adult care home in Wrexham, we support people aged 18+ who may be living with:

  • Learning disabilities

  • Autism and neurodivergence

  • Mental health needs

  • Additional support needs that make independent living difficult

We do not provide nursing care, but we work closely with GPs, community mental health teams, psychologists and other health professionals to ensure people receive coordinated, appropriate support.

Each placement is carefully assessed to make sure Llanerchrugog Hall is the right environment for the individual and for existing residents.

RESIDENTIAL AND RESPITE CARE IN WREXHAM

Residential care

We provide long-term residential care for adults who need 24-hour support in a stable, homely environment. Each person has their own bedroom and a personalised support plan built around their needs, preferences, abilities and aspirations.

Support may include:

We are always honest about whether our service is the right fit and will only offer placements where we are confident we can meet a person’s needs effectively.

REGULATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Llanerchrugog Hall is fully registered and inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) as a care home service for adults without nursing.

We are inspected against national standards covering:

We use inspection feedback, audits and regular reviews to continually improve the quality of care we provide at our Wrexham care home.
